Children go home where they can
8 children have left our care since 2024, and every one returned to their own family. We hold the documents for each.
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction. James 1:27
Since March 2024 we have cared for children and widows in Enugu State. Not as a crowd. As people we can each name, count and account for.
These are small numbers, and every one of them is real. Each figure comes from our own register, not an estimate. We can name the people behind them and show you what each received and when. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, CAC/IT/NO 151423.
The foundation began with a vision Pastor Ken David received in Houston, Texas, after hearing a widow testify that she had shared the little she had until fifty widows had been reached. He raised the first funds at his birthday.
Children come to us in different circumstances. Whatever brought them here, they are fed, schooled, kept and known, and every placement is agreed in writing and documented.
8 children have already left us, and all 8 went back to their own families. That is the outcome we work towards. A home is meant to be a bridge, not a destination, and we keep the documented record of every child who crossed it.
Each widow carries a numbered card and appears on our register with her household, her needs and her next of kin. Supplies arrive when they arrive, so fairness cannot be left to memory.
Our Enugu Ezike branch serves widows in a community in Igbo-Eze North LGA of Enugu State, and we visit other children's homes to share what we have.
Our most urgent need
Our most urgent need. A bus means the children travel to school safely, together, every day.
In 2026 we replaced our paper books with a records system covering every beneficiary, every naira and every distribution. It is why we can answer questions most homes our size cannot.

Each widow and child holds a permanent identifier. Counts come from the register, never estimated.
Supplies are handed over against a list. The signed sheet and photographs are filed against that batch.
We can state what was spent on children, widows, outreach and administration for any period.
Lists are ordered by who was served least recently, so support reaches people evenly.
No child appears in our media without a guardian's recorded permission, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Everything belongs to the foundation, is backed up, and is reviewed by our trustees.
Short films recorded at the home and at our outreaches. No script, no coaching.
Gifts go to feeding, school fees, medical care and the widows' food distributions.
